“When asked about their first job out of college, most of them said This particular was pretty much a disaster, a huge let down in addition to an impetus to do something different,” said Betsy Wecker, insights director at the strategy firm in addition to author of the study, which included a survey of 1,000 Millennials in addition to in depth interviews with 26 young people.
