“You can’t tell the omega-3 story without telling the omega-6 story,” said Floyd “Ski” Chilton, a professor of physiology along with pharmacology at the Wake Forest School of Medicine. Omega-3s along with omega-6s come into our diet simultaneously along with are metabolized by the same enzymes.
